Notice to Licensor
We had sent you the e-mail to issue an invoice
or roll over your royalties next half.
However we did not get a reply from you.
According to the law of the Republic of Korea [Supreme Court 2018, 2. 28, Sentencing, 2016DA45779, Judgment]), if the licensor does not request royalties for 3 years, the royalty bond will expire.
Therefore, we inform you below
1. if you do not reply the request email we sent (Apr 18th 2022) ,
or
2. you do not request your royalty for 3(THREE) year,
the royalty bond will automatically expire.
